Bleaching Your Teeth Fast And Cheap!
As we age, our teeth tend to discolor and get all stained. Some of us smoke, some of us drink lots of red wine or soda drinks. Everybody is guilty of something that damages teeth. When our teeth get yellow and dark, we don’t like this very much and we want to reverse the process.
There is a great demand for teeth whitening products and as a direct result of this, the market is been flooded with teeth whitening products in recent years. The problem is that some of these products are actually quite costly.
Since I’m trying to save my money for paying the bills, I was asking myself what I could do to cheaply whiten my teeth fast? There had to be some way of doing it for a low price. I wanted a natural way of doing it at home. So I started looking around and found a great home remedy. It’s only four steps.
1. Buy hydrogen peroxide. You will need a low concentration (3%) hydrogen peroxide solution. This doesn’t cost much. This chemical is what is going to do the actual bleaching by penetrating your enamel and breaking down the unsightly stains therein.
2. Baking soda. This stuff is abrasive. It gives your teeth a good scrubbing. Your teeth are harder than baking soda, so the risk of damaging them is zero. The baking soda will kill off some micro organisms and it will neutralize certain acid types.
3. Mix them up. When you mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together, wait a little bit until the reaction has calmed down. Stir until you have a paste. This paste is going to do the actual bleaching.
4. Brush teeth and rinse. Now use the paste to brush your teeth. Do it for a few minutes and reach everywhere. You must be sure to rinse your teeth afterwards thoroughly, or the reaction will continue long after you have stopped brushing. After rinsing, brush with a fluoride tooth paste to restore protection to your teeth.
Keep this up for about a week or two and you will surely see a dramatic whitening effect in your teeth. Granted, professional products work better. But isn’t it great to have lots of results for only so little money? And it’s completely natural!
